SiKia Brown is the Deputy Director of Teen Health Arkansas, bringing over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. She has spearheaded transformative initiatives and developed equity-centered systems across the state. Her expertise includes strategic planning, community partnerships, program innovation, and policy engagement. Previously, as Director of Community Engagement at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, she improved community relations and supported fundraising efforts while mentoring future leaders. SiKia also served as Director of Out-of-School Programs at the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance, where she enhanced participation in USDA-funded programs and forged strong partnerships that boosted youth well-being statewide. Notably, she helped establish Arkansas’s first school-based pantry model at Langston Elementary while working for the Arkansas Foodbank. Her public service includes two terms on the City of Little Rock Commission on Youth and Families and the Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission, where she shaped equity strategies. Appointed by former Governor Mike Beebe to the Arkansas Poverty Reduction Legislative Task Force, SiKia focuses on economic stability and long-term systems change through strategic partnerships.
