Michelle Parham Rudolph has a background of more than 25 years in pageants winning her first title at the age of 5. She has held many titles, a Top 10 Finalist in the Miss Arkansas Pageant, a Miss Arkansas Hall of Fame member, a local Executive Director, judge, emcee, and entertainer. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Miss Arkansas Scholarship Organization and has been a Chaperone for pageant week. She has entertained throughout the United States and the world at various events including a theme park in Austria. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management. She is a Senior Recruiter for a global beauty corporation, and she enjoys mentoring, reading, and inspiring women to be their very best. She has been married for over 20 years to Bishop Robert G. Rudolph, who is the General Secretary of the Church of God in Christ, Inc.
