Monique Allshouse is a lifelong learner and community advocate with more than 15 years in federal workforce development and human resources. She builds environments where people thrive, leads with clarity and trust, and is known for bringing people together toward a common goal. Her experience includes serving as Director of Workforce Development for the Air Force Materiel Command, leading major talent initiatives that supported thousands of personnel, both military and civilian. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her husband, her pups, and her family, and she is a super fan of her nieces and nephews and all their shenanigans.
