Melanie has been in the banking industry for 9 years, spending time in multiple areas such as Branch Manager, Commercial Lending Assistant, and currently a Commercial Loan Officer AVP for First Security Bank. In her current role, she works with new prospecting customers while also providing catered customer service to her existing clients. In addition to being a Commercial Loan Officer, Melanie received her MBA from UCA, is an ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, and serves on multiple non-profit boards in Conway, including the Women’s Leadership Network. Melanie has a passion for serving others through her banking experience and community involvement.
