I’m Sarah Reed, a proud first-generation college graduate from the small town of Marion, Arkansas. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, and that experience helped shape my passion for service, leadership, and building strong communities. I’m a wife and mom of three amazing kids who keep me grounded, motivated, and full of purpose. In 2024, I took a leap of faith and started my own business, Gentle Hearts Personal Care, a non-medical personal care agency that serves the elderly and disabled. This work is incredibly dear to me because helping people has always been at the center of who I am. I believe deeply in showing up for others with compassion, dignity, and care — especially during life’s most vulnerable moments. As a business owner, I’m learning and growing every day. I’m passionate about creating opportunities, leading with integrity, and making a real difference in my community. Joining this women’s leadership group is an exciting step in my journey, and I’m looking forward to connecting, learning, and building alongside other powerful women who are just as driven to leave their mark on the world.
