Kim Bennett

Kim Bennet currently serves as a Vice President, Branch Sales Manager, bringing over two decades of progressive leadership experience to her role. Her commitment to continuous professional growth is evident in her completion of the Next Level Leadership program (2022) and the Propel Leadership program (2024), as well as her earning of the Yellow Belt Certification (2025). Kim is dedicated to mentoring and developing associates to help them achieve their full professional potential. She began her tenure with Arvest Bank in January 2016. Prior to this, Kim developed a strong foundation in administration through roles that included serving as an Administrative Assistant across three departments of the Arkansas Assemblies of God State office and as an Administrative Specialist in the US Army from 1988 to 1990. Academically, Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Business Management from Trinity Bible College. She maintains an active community presence through her involvement with the Perry County Chamber of Commerce and the Perryville First Assembly of God Church.
