Kelli Brawley

Kelli Brawley is the Community Outreach and Development Coordinator at Natural State Recovery Centers, bringing over 30 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, and nonprofit development. After a 25-year career with Delta Air Lines as an International Flight Leader—where she led domestic and international crews, supported troop movements during Desert Storm, and coordinated charter flights for NFL and NBA teams—she transitioned to the nonprofit sector to direct outreach initiatives for organizations supporting individuals in recovery and children with special needs. Her strong ability to connect with people and inspire action now drives her work in Business Development and Community Outreach at Natural State Recovery Centers, ensuring individuals seeking recovery have access to vital resources. Kelli is a graduate of the 2025 Conway Area Leadership Institute (CALI), serves on the leadership team for Recovery Connections, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Leadership Network. She lives in Conway, Arkansas, with her husband, Tom Brawley, and contributes to the growth of his company, Adventure Trail RV, LLC, and its patented portable shower system, remaining dedicated to fostering hope, healing, and recovery throughout her community.
